The Residence Biri, directly connected to the Hotel Biri, has been a reference point for Padua tourism for over 70 years. Founded in 1950, the Residence occupied most of the current structure with 100 apartments and only 30 hotel rooms. The beautiful terraces overlooking the city were for many years entertainment places where many Paduans spent memorable evenings dancing to the rhythm of renowned live orchestras.
Over the years the Residence gave way to the growth of the Hotel. The complex currently houses 99 rooms and 70 apartments including studios, two-bedrooms and three-bedroom apartments.
